TO ANYONE WHO IS CONTEMPLATING USING LUCY: DO IT! I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to her.

I was sceptical that anyone would be able to help me with my little girl, I had tried so many different things to improve her sleep, I had every sleep aid on the market and a book case full of books on baby sleep! I was initially very anti ‘sleep training’ but I was getting so desperate and seeing my daughter so tired and grumpy all day made me realise I wasn’t the only one who needed more sleep. I was dealing with her waking every 1-2 hours all night long every night and napping for 20 minutes at a time in the day, I was so exhausted that I was bursting into tears and really dreading going to bed at night not knowing how many times I’d be going back and forth to the nursery or when it would be.

I was apprehensive about what the process would entail but I can honestly say Lucy put my mind at rest from our very first conversation. Lucy is empathetic and confident that she can help, I didn’t believe her when she said we wouldn’t be speaking about persistent night wakings in a weeks time but to my sheer amazement we were not! I saw huge improvements from the very first night and I only wish that I had been more proactive earlier on and that I’d known about Lucy.

My 8 month old baby is now sleeping through the night with one dreamfeed. Whilst it wasn’t easy to get here, with Lucy’s support and attention it was so much better than I had expected it to be.

To say it has been life changing is actually an understatement, I have gone from never thinking I could cope with another baby to planning a huge family! I am enjoying Mabel so much more than ever before and she is like a different baby with endless energy and always smiling.
