Full assessment of your child’s current sleep challenges with a bespoke written sleep plan emailed to you.

Support Bolt-Ons

The following bolt-ons offer support during the implementation of a sleep plan developed by me. If you would like a bespoke sleep plan for your child, please book one of the options above.

WhatsApp support

• One week of a single daily WhatsApp exchange within the hours of 8am and 9pm: £95
• One week of unlimited WhatsApp support – UNLIMITED sessions a day within the hours of 8am and 9pm: £150

Phone support:

• 15 minute call: £30
• 30 minute call: £45
• Bundle of four 15 minute calls: £100
• Bundle of four 30 minute calls: £150
